It was a good interview. They asked questions about my background and my stages in life. I must say that they were really friendly and explained the interviewing process well. In total I had four interviews. One with the human ressources department, one with my direct Manager, one with his boss and one with a peer.

They turned down my application because I applied for two positions in the company instead of one. Apparently, this is something that is discouraged? People apply for more than one position at a company all the time and it is often encouraged if you have the skillset to back it up - which I do. Utter nonsense. I have experience with both Customer Success and Sales positions, farming and hunting - which my resume clearly depicts. So it's fairly obvious they never looked at my resume. Also, the recruiting firm they used, their follow-up was horrible. Well over a week went by without a peep til I reached out.
