I was emailed on 7/26 /2022 confirming a Zoom interview scheduled for 8/2/2022 for the position. The person never showed up to the Zoom interview. I called the phone number on the email I had previously been sent. I received a phone call back from them a couple of hours later. I was informed that 2 hours after they had sent me the email to confirm the interview, they and their entire team had been pulled into an impromptu zoom meeting, and in about 2 minutes were informed that their services were no longer needed, the company was going in another direction and the entire department was being let go. The zoom meeting clicked closed and they were all without jobs. I was given a name of a person to follow up with in regards to interviewing for the position. Which I did just to be professional and fulfill my end. I never received a response from anybody at Delinea. After hearing how they handled a layoff and witnessing their interviewing process myself, it is not a company I would want to work for. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
