Telephone interview followed by face to face with same person. One month after my 2nd interview I email the person as I hadn’t heard a thing. Following week, thanks but no thanks email. Interviewer probably forgot about me. Email mentioned something about me not being the same league as other candidates. I expected more from a FTSE listed company in how they treat candidates. Very very poor experience.
