Scheduled a call with someone in Holland. He was 5mins late and then took another 5 minutes to tell me about his day. He then asked me about myself then interrupted and told me more about the company and how they were on track to becoming a unicorn.....then his doorbell rang in the background and he told me he had to go because someone was at his door..? He said he'd email me about the next interview but it was such a bad experience I didn't even bother sending a thank you email and from the looks of other reviews it's probably not a great place to be.
