Very relaxed interview process, interviewers were very friendly and their questions stimulated some very productive discussions. I went through two stages of interview and Deliveroo were very quick to follow up. I had a screening interview which was a very relaxed chat and then a slightly more serious competency-based interview. I was particularly impressed with the fact that, even though I wasn't offered a position, Deliveroo followed up very promptly after the interview and even took the time to pass on some feedback when asked. This is much appreciated, especially as a lot of companies don't take the time to do this.
