Single handedly the worst interview process I’ve ever had, which still haunts me and leaves a bitter taste. I invested hours and hours prepping and speaking to various people. I got through to the final stage in the loop and had great feedback, then was left hanging for 5 weeks. Constant apologies from recruiter, but transpires they went with someone else but basically waiting for them to confirm before letting me know. I was also told I was such a good fit they’d love to look for something else within the company.…. That was a few months ago and radio silence. Complete and utter confidence knock. Considering I had such good feedback throughout.
