Standard recruiter screening passed that and then got a video interview I had 48 hours to complete. Did that feeling confident and got told 3 weeks later they weren't moving on with my application.

After recruiter screener, first round interview was straightforward. I was not asked any technical questions, just basic behavioral. I'd say to just be great at telling stories in STAR and having a good "Why Dell" response.
