Well managed . 4 rounds. No salary discussions during interview. Got to know the salary only when I got the final offer.
Make sure you negotiate. I made the mistake of not negotiating the offer and probably got abt 5 to 10% less then what I could have gotten.
Compared to US Canadian salaries are abt 20% less in dollar terms for similar positions.

It was the first round phone interview with HR. The HR gentleman sounded polite. He provided me a brief job description. Then he started to ask a lot of typical behavioral interview questions, It last about 30 min. as scheduled.
