I received an Interview invitation via email. The interview was made through an automated 3rd party OnLine platform. The platform presented secuencially 8 prerecorded questions by Dell, including Video and subtitled audio.You have 30 seconds to "think" after each question before start recording your question.You have 2 minutes to answer the question and one chance to review and rerecord your answer. After any question is submitted you can not go back.

Met with a panel of two senior team members who took turns in asking interview questions. It was a standard interview with common questions. They were trying to understand the emotional quotient of the interviewee.
