Very convoluted process from the start to finish. I interviewed with over 12 people (2 phone interviews, 4 location interviews with a total of 10 individual interviews) during a 5 week period. The frustrating part of the process was that they decided on a candidate who lasted 1 month and then resigned. They contacted me after the resignation and asked if I wanted to start the interview process again. They couldn't guarantee a faster process - I declined.

Dell acquired 2 companies that had a very different company cultures than the parent company (Dell). I was interviewing for the HR position that would oversee these 2 companies as well as a Dell office. One company had beer/wine Friday's. I was offered a beer during my interview. I just thought that was odd.
