There were three basic steps: resume shortlist, Group Discussion & Personal Interview. We had three Group discussions wherein we had to do well in all three topics. All were different topics & the kind of points were not really related to the job offered.

Single Interview round through Campus Placement. Stringent Resume Selection. Only 10 candidates were selected. The interview went for 1 hour in which the interviewers asked me everything that was there in my resume
