The most difficult and unexpected question was a bunch of "What if" and "An example of when..." kind of behavioral questions. I should have prepared these, I had not and really was stumped and ended up giving them real examples and expressed my honest opinions

I got call from the company Dell and it just asked for knowledge of operating system and networking.I got through two rounds both were technical rounds.I described about my self then they started asking about knowledge of php database some logics and related to installing and uninstalling the .exe files.

Interview happens either through employee referral and campus Recruitment.
There will 3 rounds of interview for freshers like aptitude, Technical round and HR interview. For experienced its a direct face to face interview.
Good environment for great learning and provided with chance to face the challenges in work( depending on performance)
