Utter waste of time. Absolutely no planning and long hours of waiting in queue just to obtain temporary pass. The interview was scheduled at 1130. I had to wait for more than 3hrs for my turn. The panel did not seem to be interested in hiring anybody. Not even 5mins per candidate. This was the case with almost all candidates.

First pass was a screen by phone by HR. A couple of days later a screen call with the hiring manager. Afterwards an all day interview. One person at a time. Followed up with a 3rd phone interview.

HR interview over the phone to discuss fit, did not progress to next round with hiring manager. Asked general fit, motivation questions, had little knowledge of the role itself and deferred several times to the hiring manager
