There will be approx 3~4 round of technical interview followed by Manager and Director rounds. Technical interview is based on the basic concepts of Linux, device driver, Kernel and Programming languages. Dell is basically looking for good attitude people.

Panel interview that happened over the course of three days. Each candidate seems to have had a different experience. No standard operating procedures for small team and contractor interviews. I began as a contractor as it tends to be a good route to getting an interview for higher-level jobs.
