Dell NGSA. First round is recruiter one way video interview. Second round is 1 on 1 virtual interview with a manager. Third round is a 3 hour long interview super day broken up into 4 different parts. First part is a panel discussion with ppl in the program (chill q&a discussion). Second part is a 1:1 interview with typical sales behavioral questions with a manager. Third part is another 1:1 interview with a program manager (behavioral qs). Last part is the final interview and role play with the senior manager (behavioral qs). For the role-play make sure you ask questions and close. Alot of the interview questions on this site helped in preparation for every interview. Express your willingness to learn. Also ask good questions after each interview.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.

Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through

The interview process at Dell was relatively straight forward. Most of the recruiters were pleasant but it didn't seem like they were all on the same page as far as what kind of skills they wanted candidates to posess.
