Awesome people, very kind. Final interview has two parts first 30 min is behavioral second half is mock sales call roleplay. They give you information to prepare for sales roleplay ahead of time.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.

The interview process at Dell was relatively straight forward. Most of the recruiters were pleasant but it didn't seem like they were all on the same page as far as what kind of skills they wanted candidates to posess.
