The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by interviews with team members. Questions focused on my background, motivation, relevant experiences, and behavioral scenarios. The interviewers were professional and friendly, and the overall process was well organized with opportunities to ask questions about the role and team.

Online assessment included situational judgement and numerical reasoning
One way interview included basic questions related to experience and scenarios
Assessment centre included a group interview (with 2 other applicants) and a one on one interview with a manager/SM -> with a case study
Processo molto diretto e supporto continuo dell'HR. Un colloquio Hr e un colloquio tecnico. Durata complessiva un mese circa tra application, colloqui e offerta. Esperienza sicuramente positiva e non stressante.
