I interviewed at the Gillingham Technical Centre by a member of HR followed by an Interview with the hiring manager.
( The process was different when I left, they had turned it into a group assessment centre with various tasks)
Process was straight forward, with the usual interview qeustions.

1:1 Interview with HR and Manager. Was very simple to do but others went through an assessment day. Very chill, just be yourself and it will show through. Don't bluff on your CV.
