First you take on online test. This requires about 30 minutes of your time. You are immediately informed if you pass the test. If you pass the online test, then you will set up a time for a phone interview. The person who conducts the phone interview is not an employee of Delta - Delta uses an outside company to weed through the applicants via the telephone interview. I was asked to describe a difficult situation on a job and explain how I handled it. If you pass the phone interview you will be told at the end of the call. You will be told to wait for an email or another phone all to set up a face-to-face interview. The time lapse between the phone interview and the face-to-face interview email/phone call is a couple of weeks. When you get to the face-to-face interview you will be taken into a room with two Delta employees. This was where it got awkward because neither of these people had ever interviewed anyone before and they admitted that they didn't know what they were doing. At the end of the interview you are told you will hear from them either way in the next two weeks. I never heard back from them. They were so inept and nervous I actually wonder if they filed my paperwork correctly. It was bad.

Long long but if you’re willing to go through the eight month process, it’s definitely worth it stick with it and they consequences are great you just have to be consistent and study.
