When on-line last Fri. to apply for position...(appl. process extremely long)..received an email a few minutes after completing appl. to go online and take assessment which takes about 30 minutes....once completed....received another email to contact a #....in which I called and spoke to a Rep. that asked a series of questions regarding why did I choose Delta, etc...afterwards informed me that I had moved to the next stage and my appl. would be foward to the HR dept. Next day received another email requesting me to call...in which I did, and was asked the same questions by a different person but notified that our conversation would be recorded....same message repeated that my appl. will be forward to the HR dep.,..still waiting!!
Phone call to me and set up interview. Very easy and fast company does not seem to care for employees I do not recommend this place for anyone who is looking

Entretien suite à ma candidature au bout d'une semaine. Entretien téléphonique suivie d'un entretien sur place avec des managers en français et en anglais. C'était très intéressant et enrichissant. Des recruteurs très sympa et à l'écoute. Qui te mettent à l'aise même si l'entretien est très poussée et technique.
