1st interview is preliminary information about your passport, if you can agree to training for 8 weeks in Atlanta, Georgia, and what city you would be departing from if granted an employment offer. 2nd interview was question focused on situations of safety concerns, baggage regulations, and customer service. 3rd interview questions focused on how you would respond to different scenarios in order to examine your ability to abide by Delta rules and regulations but to also do it in a professional manner. Afterwards you wait to receive a yes or no to attend training.

You have to pay close attention to what the questions entail because the interviewer will go over Delta rules and regulations and proceed right into the scenario and question you are to answer

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
