Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) nel mese di ott 2014
Colloquio
After the Assesment, video interview, and phone interview.... there was the face to face interview. Very silly and immature. Don't get me wrong, I loved the experience and meeting people, but the interview could've been different. They ask you 2 sets of 3 questions when you're in the one on one interview. The questions are the same, just reworded. They passed up plenty of overly qualified individuals. They way they treat you is degrading. Its like they look down on you.
This interview was disappointing, not because I wasn't chosen, but because of how it was organized.

Explain a time where you had to work with someone difficult and how did it effect your work?
I just received my invitation to do the virtual interview. This will be my first virtual interview. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or any questions that I should be ready for?

I have not done my interview yet. Just preparing for it and it made me create a question to be able to see what others are posting.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
