First portion is automated screening e-mails that inform you that you have what they are looking for (in this instance they had a subcontracting company contact me and explain that this is a contract to hire position, meaning the pay won't be great) They have you complete 3 tests of basic math, eyesight, spatial awareness, and ability to read gages and multi-task. The test takes about 2 hours and you have to have everything clear from your general area they can see and hear everything in the room. (if you graduated highschool with good scores you should do fine dont pay for any tests). If you pass you will speak with someone who will let you know when the company is doing a hiring event. Which is basically you meet in a huge convention center get tested some more and based on your scores you could either get picked up by delta or you go with the contractor for chump change. its a competitive work environment, but they do it like this for a reason (contractor pay offer was $20.00 an hour but you could make more if delta likes you and decide to "draft" you. there is a drug screening and finger print test that needs to be completed the day you go to the center for your final aptitude test and interview competition thingy. I didn't take the position because I got offered a position making more than what they offered me going into the final interview, but it was an okay experience. they run a tight ship very military.
