The process was through hirevue and took less than 20 minutes asking 4 what would your do/ what did you do questions. They even let you practice be fore submitting the video. The only problem was the internet connection. I had to finish my inter view on my iPad. It's easier on an iPad.

2 steps: a video record interview where you get to record yourself answering questions and an in person interview at the airport where you will be working. Post Covid it was done as a group interview but each individual get to present themself.

Went to interview, got the job offer the same day contingent on Drug test, background screening, fingerprinting and Physical Test. 3 weeks later got a email that everything cleared and a start date. The process from the time I applied until when someone cintacted me for an interview was 4 months
