I was referred by a delta flight attendant that has worked for Delta for 25 years!!! I applied on line with basic form, than moved on to the questioner... After that I was emailed a form letter offering me a on line interview. I was asked five questions with time in between. Four days later I received a email telling me I was not a good fit for this position.. What a huge let down!!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
