At the end of the phone interview the lady said congrats and that she will move my folder to a senior recruiter and they will contact me for a face to face interview. This obviously didn't happen and I think it was because of the transition Delta is doing. They are making sure you fit what they are looking for so they ask you to answer a few more job related questions on a digital interview done by HireVue. I received my email to do the online digital interview on July 28th and did it within the 3 days they give you to complete. So basically it took 2 months to move me to the next step.
