Phone interview they ask you some questions takes about 20 minutes then face to face if you do well they will tell you right away. Afterward you do agility testing. If you pass, you are sent to the next step. You have to do background checks, drug testing and badging. Process could take a while. Training is for 2 weeks.

Very straight forward, to the point. No beating around the bush, and were very interested in gauging your abilities to be able to perform in the conditions required by the operation and company.

It went well the interview process was easy and quick.. they will send you a follow up email letting you know that you’re invited to the second part of the interview.. which is basically telling them about yourself
