Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) nel mese di ott 2014
Colloquio
I applied in September 2014, and received an email a few weeks later to complete a video interview. The video interview was about 5 questions. It kept kicking me off during the questions, but thankfully it lets you pick up where you left off. The questions were basic situational questions. i.e. Tell about a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell about a time you had conflict with a coworker. Be sure to answer in the STAR method. About a week later I received an invitation to do a F2F interview. When you arrive you get the chance to mingle with fellow interviewees. Recruiters then put you into groups. A, B, and C. Each group rotates between 3 sections of the interview. The informational section about benefits etc, the fire side chats where they have you ask questions with a current flight attendant, and then the one on one interviews with a flight attendant and someone from HR. The questions may be the same as your video interview, just elaborate on your original answer. Afterward they'll call peoples names who are offered the position on the spot. They are taken for fingerprinting and remaining candidates are told they'd be receiving an email in a couple weeks with an answer. Overall it was a wonderful experience. My only major advice is to take the 730am interview slot if available. I took the afternoon, and by the end of the day you could tell the recruiters were exhausted and ready to be done.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
