I was sent an invitation to use a video link within 3 business days, there were practice ops but once you entered the process I was given to believe you had to go forward and eventually go live . There were 3 questions to record yourself and review your answer, I had a hard time settling on responses that fit the time allowed and answered appropriately the way I wanted to present myself. Even though the point was practice I seemed to go off course a few time as the questions were in rotation and I wish I cold have submitted the best of my answers. I finally decided to go for it and can honestly say I was not thrilled with my choices of experience to relate but fell into a groove eventually. I hope that the reviewers saw in me enthusiasm as a capable person who would take the job duties seriously,making the travel safe, swift and enjoyable.
