I applied for the flight attendant position on 8/10. Two days later, I received an invitation to do an online interview. You have three business days to click the link to do the online interview; I completed my online interview on 8/14. The interview consists of five questions and you have 10 minutes to complete the whole interview. During the initial setup, you can do the unrelated practice questions as many times as you want but when you start the interview, you have 30 seconds to do a practice run. Once the 30 seconds are up, you are then given three minutes to record your response. Once you submit your responses, you will receive another email stating that your video interview has been received and that the company will do a follow-up in 7-10 days.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
