I spent some time reading others reviews here, I used the STAR method to prepare the video interview, it went good. Then there was another video about bilingual interview, the questions were easy,just wanted to know if you can really speak the other language.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
