The interview process involved the typical questions about ability and interest in the position; however, some of the questions asked were meant to make one think before fully answering. Some of the interviews did require a role play with the interviewee pretending to sell a product/book a meeting over a call.

Panel style interview with sales leaders over zoom. Half questioning regarding skills/fit/etc second half to asking questions of leaders. Typical questions for a behavioral interview but some outside the box type questions.
Very fast, my recruiter was very good. Final interview is a panel of 3 SDR managers. They were all very professional. I believe you can learn a lot from their managers.
