Red Flag – Exploitative Interview Process I interviewed at Demand Lane and had a very negative experience. The first round was an “assignment,” which in reality felt like doing actual work for them under the disguise of an interview task. After investing time and effort, I never received any feedback, updates, or closure. This practice is highly unprofessional and exploitative — using candidates to get free work without any intention of respecting their time or providing transparent communication. It’s a clear red flag for anyone considering opportunities here. If this is how candidates are treated during the hiring process, it raises serious concerns about how employees are valued inside the company.
