Had 2 interviews, one with the recruiter, one with the manager. Recruiter was super informal, rocking in their chair and trying to act casual. Asked follow up questions I wasn't impressed with such as asking if the compensation I was asking for was similar or a lot higher than what I currently make. My current compensation shouldn't matter if my expected salary is within the posted range. You're paying for my skills not my current companies compensation package. Or asking for internal details of my current role which there is no reason for me to disclose details of how the business is operating. 2nd interview with the manager was better. Had a lot more knowledge of the role and had clear expectations
