They have a Top Grading interview process. They first call you for a phone interview, then a in-person interview (which I didn't have to do), and if you pass that, a third interview where you have to do a presentation. I had worked there before so they didn't have me do the in-person interview and my phone interview was with the CEO. I did the presentation with the group and then answered numerous questions from the group.
