I got a call from a recruiter who started the interview process. He called back and scheduled an on site interview. Quick, to the point. I met the Dentist and Office Manager. Very nice people and process. Could I start right away? Very Professional and like minded. The recruiter called about a week and a half later to offer me the position pending, background and drug testing but gave me a tentative start date.
