The interview was a phone interview and one face to face interview followed by a Glaser Watson critical thinking test, which is typically administered to attorneys. Seeing as a Talent Acquisition professional would require separate skills to someone in a legal function, I did find it rather peculiar that this was being administered to someone performing this job function. I did not receive any proactive feedback and had to chase myself.
