Ended in ghosting. Recruiter scheduled phone screen, then scheduled discussions with key leaders within the organization. During the process, everything was very positive, upbeat, and communication was wonderful. None of the interviews asked a single technical question. One insisted I was the right person for the role, which I thought was an odd interview tactic, but I genuinely appreciated the candor. After the last interview, I got ghosted. I'm actually surprised they ghost at this level. But maybe that's to be expected. Who knows. Best of luck to the team there.
