It was a first-round interview. It started with a 30-minute written test and was followed by a face-to-face interview with three interviewers, including the Head of Strategy (direct supervisor of the role), Head of Operation and Operation Manager. They assume the candidates have a deep understanding to the internal stratucture and oepration which is unlikely considering it is an internal incuabtor within the government.
