Pre recorded interview went well. First question was a practice to ease you and keep you calm and focused.
The instructions were clear and the time was suitable.
I had plenty of time inbetween to prep what I was going to say and that helped alot.

Initial application form completed then followed by written statement on how you meet expectations civil service behaviours.The next stage,was an online situational judgement test, then a pre recorded video interview. The whole process was spread out over a few months.
