I was supposed to go through 2 interviews. I had my first interview and then was scheduled a time for my second interview. During my first interview I discussed wages and deal breakers, and they stated the wage i requested was in range with theirs hourly rate. The person that was supposed to interview never called, the following day after asking about the second interview I was called and offered the position. The offer and hourly rate was $4 less than what was discussed as a deal breaker in the first interview. I was told they would discuss meeting me in the middle with the wage with the powers that be. I never heard from them again. 10 days later I received an email stating they had to choose candidates better suited for the position.

The interview process was quick and easy. They asked a few questions and answered any questions I had. It was very informative and such a wonderful process. I am glad they gave me a chance to prove myself.
