The hiring process is lengthy, I received word from HR more than one month after applying. Had 2 interviews with the HR representative that was great and friendly. The company and the job seemed exciting. Unfortunately, the first contact with the technical team is not in person/call/video but via a lengthy and impersonal "homework". I did not feel like the "homework" really corresponded to the job posting so it would be better to improve either the job posting or the homework, so that it better reflects the abilities of the candidates or the needs of the company (job posting was for a climate risk modeler and "homework" was for a data scientist.) Seems like an exciting company but the hiring process could have been much more straightforward.
