Since this was a new position, my first interview was with two outside consultants and the President of the company. I had a follow up interview with the President and my manager I would be reporting to in the next interview. The final process was a meeting with the President to extend the offer and discuss the details in my clarity of the job and the expectations as a brand new position to the company.
