To get an interview at the D.I you need a recommendation from your Bishop. The store is LDS (Latter Day Saints) owned. The job is a guarantee for the most part. Even if you're a felon, they will work with you.

The interview with the store manager was filled with compassion. As we spoke, it became apparent to me that this good man truly wanted to help me progress in life while working with my disabilities. I actually cried during the interview when I understood the level to which they were willing to go to help me. Weeks later another new coworker also admitted to crying during the interview for the same reason. God bless the DI.
