Submitted my resume and was called for a phone interview which went great. I had an in-person interview. I thought that went well. I was told that she would let me know by Friday of the same week. It has been three weeks and I have not heard a thing. No phone call or email even though I have followed up by email twice since then. I feel this is very unprofessional as I was led to believe that I was one of the top interviewees for the position. Very disappointed they have not taken the time to give me at least an email saying I did not receive the position as without any information for several says I still believed I was a top candidate.
