Awful. They send you a link to have an interview on line. They were late, talked like robots and they emphasized so much about the bad things about the position that made wondered if they have so much turnover.

Same question always. Didn't allow me to be creative. Don't know what they wanted to hear, meantime other candidates on the Zoom interview were inflating so much they credentials and experience that was funny and painful to hear.
There are usually two interviews, police background check, driving history check, credit check. Everything should be clear so you can get a job. The interview questions are mostly about hitting the sales target, previous experience that proves you can be a good salesperson. The process in total is not complicated.
