Great interview, Desjardins team was really nice, made sure it didn't feel like a big competition even though it was a group interview. Found out I'd be moving on the background checks within a few hours and background check only took 2-5 business days to clear. Basically asked the tell me about yourself question and then 2 follow up questions based on your answers. then we did 2 group problem solving activities based on an insurance situation

You’ll be asked to bring an object/item that represents you for the interview. The interview was in a group setting with two interviewers. You’ll also be split into breakout rooms to see how you work as a team with others.

Applied to position on their website using link from indeed, within 2 days I got a phone interview at the end I was invited to an in person group interview, a week later I went to my group interview 2 managers and 2 people from HR (+ other candidates). Nothing too hard just alot of scenarios, and you having to do a sales pitch on the spot ending with them testing your skills on the phone. They update you a week/fews days later if you got the job.
