Phone, in person, personality review, 4th interview. Took over 2 months. Overall not a bad experience just took a long time.
The personality testing was interesting. When discussing it was filled with inflated suggestions about personality. Seemed more like it was a review of what they hope for in a candidate and if you will accept or deny these traits.

Pretty basic. Met with the CM on the job site and he offered the position. Really nothing to it.They didn't care much about the future of their interns, rather filling an immediate need.
