Contacted by recruiter, had multiple in person interviews. Interviews were pretty standard, staff was friendly and accommodating. Team fit is very important. They did a personality test to assess team fit and did a reference check. The process was slow but thorough and they have you meet with multiple team members.

Applied online, the whole process is less than 2 weeks. First, it's a phone technical screen, questions about multi-threading, Hibernate, and Java Spring. Then an on-site interview with two team leaders and CEO.

Applied online and got contacted for an interview a few days later. The whole process was quick and straightforward. The interviewers were nice and asked half behavioral/half technical questions. A few days after the interview I was contacted with an offer.
