Long and time consuming. Whole process took well over a month with 3 in person interviews, a tech test and then being informed I did not make the second round. Everyone was lovely through the whole process, but just how long it took did leave a sour taste in my mouth.
Very Detailed Interview. Firstly, HR will give you a phone interview. Then in-person interview. After the interview, you need to take a technical exam. Finally, there will be an interview to meet team

Interview started with initial chat with department heads.
Once passed that then a 1.5 hour psychometric test and 1.5 hour tech test - all on the same day.
Both tests were good and certainly tailored to finding a senior dev with an emphasis on team integration and hence the psych test.

3. on-site behavior and technical interview with machine provided by the hr and technical lead
